You couldn’t explain why, all you knew was that your body was taking control almost as if possessed. So you began needed to find a solution to lose weight!
During some time you became obsessed with trying new diets that promised weight loss and a happily ever after. After years of still not getting it right (yo-yo dieting), you find yourself more than ever out of control and dissatisfied with food and your body. You wonder when this rollercoaster of binging and restricting will stop.

About my program.
I have designed a 12 week curriculum that covers the main concepts that have allowed myself and my clients to gain a new sense of freedom around food and a positive outlook towards our bodies. Where every week we meet and explore your own unique needs and concerns, and we partake in open conversations.
Every week I assign a worksheet that you can complete and bring to the following session for review of you wish to share, or keep for your personal records. Each worksheet was created to enhance personal insight and subconscious beliefs around identity, food, body, trauma and relationships. As you will soon find out, the work we are doing is integrative and is interconnected to every area of your life.
